The workshop will be hosted by the Ristorante Albergo - Locanda "Lago delle Lame". The structure, located at an altitude of 1085 metres, is completely immersed in the Foresta delle Lame, a place-name that can be traced back to the medieval Latin Lamis / Lamae, which refers to the presence of marshes.
